The key here is to take into account your present level of fitness and what you want to accomplish and the time frame you want to accomplish it in. With all of this information you should be able to set a reasonable fitness goal. If you are in poor shape and set the goal of getting back into shape within a month then chances are you will not be successful with that. The idea here is to not set your fitness goals so low that they are easily obtainable and don’t inspire you and not so high that you become easily frustrated at the lack of progress. You are looking for the sweet spot in the middle.


 Tip  #3 Perform The Right Exercises

Your choice of exercises should include of course those that exercise parts of your body where muscles are located. The reasoning being that as you develop muscles they burn more calories and therefore help you lose weight faster.
